Advocacy in Action

Change happens when people unite around a common purpose. From rallies that brought our community together to information sessions that educated participants about collective action and strike preparedness, these moments capture the power of informed, engaged advocacy in action. These photos showcase the energy, education, and solidarity behind our advocacy efforts. Through rallies and informational sessions, participants learned how collective action can help amplify voices, strengthen communities, and drive meaningful change.

Strike School Information Sessions

The Contract we are negotiating for could be truly transformative for years to come. Progress is difficult, though, and requires the participation of everyone to make change happen. We all need to understand the current situation and the possibilities in front of us as we move into and through the next few weeks.  Attending may be the most important thing we this Fall Return period. It is a priority! Why is it such a big deal? The new contract will change the situation for us as individuals, but it will also change the system--with beneficial effects on the College as a whole and, most importantly, our students! It will affect us in the short term but also in years (or decades?) to come.
